Hall Garth Country Club offers stylish, comfortable accommodation in picturesque Co. Durham. Set in beautiful countryside, but conveniently located only half a mile from the A1, the building is a 15th century manor house, originally part of the Bishop of Durham's estate.

Our 56 guest rooms and suites each offer en-suite bathroom, satellite TV, WiFi, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and tea and coffee making facilities with further refreshments available throughout the day or night from Room Service. Our exquisite rooms range from contemporary to luxuriously traditional, each offering views over the beautiful 70 acre estate. We also have ground floor accommodation for disabled guests.

Guests may also take advantage of our extensive leisure facilities including a nine hole, par 72 golf course, which boasts a medieval hunting lodge as a feature! The leisure club offers a beautiful indoor swimming pool together with a steam room, whirlpool, sauna, gymnasium and solarium. We have six individual banqueting rooms, each full of character and offering versatility for your wedding. Both the Brafferton and Summerson Suites are air-conditioned and have a private bar and cloakrooms. Each of these suites can cater for up to 200 guests with a dancefloor. At the other end of the scale, the Green Room is perfect for a more intimate gathering of up to 18 guests. All of our rooms have natural daylight and can be adapted to whichever layout you require.
